WORK-INTEGRATED LEARNING (WIL)
Knowledge, practical skills, and workplace components are fully integrated.
All exercises and applied practicals are occupationally directed (work tasks).
Students are required to attend workplace hours at designated learning sites in their area.

– 514201-001-00-KM-03: Setting up a Salon Business Plan – NQF 4 (7 Credits)
– 514201-001-00-KM-04: Integumentary System – NQF 4 (5 Credits)

Practical Skills Module (12 Credits):

Work Experience Module (3 Credits):
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL COMPETENCY
Internal Competency:
– Completion Letter issued by Crystal Clear Nails and Training Academy upon successful completion of knowledge, practical, and workplace components.
– Statement of Results issued by Crystal Clear Nails and Training Academy.
External Competency (EISA):
Learners must register for the External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA), a national examination ensuring a uniform standard for the qualification.
EISA is conducted twice yearly (February and October) at approved assessment centres.
The assessment integrates knowledge, practical skills, and work experience, focusing on applied competence.
EISA Preparation:
Crystal Clear Nails and Training Academy offers additional EISA preparation at an extra fee of R1,000.
On successful completion of EISA, learners will receive a QCTO Skills Programme Certificate.
FEE STRUCTURE
NB: All registration and monthly fees are non-refundable.
Formal Registration (Once-off): R2 500
(Includes registration, administration, training, assessment, re-assessment, and moderation) Course: R25 000
Monthly Fee: R3 000
EISA Preparation Fee: R1 000
Penalty / Extension Fee: R2 000 (Failure to complete modules or payments within required timeframes)
Cancellation Fee: R2 000 plus any arrear amounts
Interest on Arrears: 7.85% charged on overdue accounts
All students are privately enrolled. No work placements are provided.
